Conservation Program Manager
In her role as NRPA’s Conservation Program Manager, Serda manages various conservation programs and develops new programs for the association. Serda has worked with vulnerable communities internationally and domestically to build capacity and raise awareness about sustainable development and natural resource protection. Serda has extensive experience as an environmental researcher, policy specialist, campaign developer and educator. Serda holds an M.S. in environmental science and policy from George Mason University and a B.S. in animal behavior and photography from Towson University.
