Joyce Hill began her career with the Transportation Corridor Agencies (TCA) in 1995. She worked her way up from Operations Assistant and is now Director of customer service. Joyce is proud to play a major role in achieving TCA’s goal of providing excellent customer service, improving mobility, and preserving our quality of life. “Every day is new and exciting in the world of Operations! You definitely need to be flexible and a good team player.” When not working, Joyce enjoys trail-running, hiking, spending time with family and friends, and cheering on the San Francisco 49ers! Joyce has a Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University, Fullerton. Two years ago, she completed IBTTA’s Leadership Academy Executive Development Program.
