Jennifer Mennucci is the Budget and Electronic Revenue Director for the Golden Gate Bridge, Highway and Transportation District. She is responsible for the agency’s $240 million annual budget process, long term financial planning, and electronic revenue programs. During her 12 years with the District, Ms. Mennucci has managed a number of high profile projects, most recently as the Project Manager for the Golden Gate Bridge conversion to All Electronic Toll Collection. A graduate of the IBTTA Leadership Academy, Ms. Mennucci has played a leadership role in the establishment of the regional FasTrak customer service center serving all Bay Area bridges and toll facilities. She has also managed the implementation of the Clipper cashless fare system on both Golden Gate Transit and Golden Gate Ferry.
