Alicia Wallace manages the corporate Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and Affirmative Action Programs as a member of the Diversity Inclusion and EEO Compliance Team at Anthem, Inc. She manages the program enterprise-wide which includes approximately 100 formal affirmative action plans and support from HR- EEO business partners in the field. Under her management more than 80+ OFCCP compliance reviews have closed successfully without violation. She has experience managing Corporate Management reviews (Glass Ceiling audits) and all aspects of EEO compliance. Anthem is one the leading health benefit companies in the United States employing over 50,000 associates and the largest Blue Cross Blue Shield licensee. Alicia a past President/Chair of the Indiana Industry Liaison Group and Co-Chair of the 2013 ILG National Conference held in Indianapolis, Indiana. She has presented on national webinars and conferences to include USBLN, NOD, National ILG and statewide disability conferences. She sits on the Board of Directors with the Equal Employment Advisory Council (EEAC) in Washington D.C. Within Anthem she briefs top executives on EEO matters including the CEO, Chief HR Officer and Legal. As a member of the Diversity & Inclusion team she has lead diversity management specific to disability and veteran’s initiatives to include leading and launching several of the organizations associate resource groups (ARG) as well as the establishment of external partnerships with minority, disability and veteran specific organizations. Alicia has over 18 years of direct EEO and affirmative action experience having worked at the Department of Defense (Directorate of Contracting), Department of Labor (OFCCP) and Anthem’s corporate headquarters. She has an MBA from Anderson University and credentials as a Senior Certified Affirmative Action Professional (Sr. CAAP).
