Senior Project Manager
Jeff Bransford brings local, state, and federal experience in parks and recreation to his position of Senior Project Manager at PROS Consulting, as well as significant expertise in project management, operational analysis, maintenance management planning, financial analysis, strategic planning, and public policy. He has held multiple positions with the National Park Service as a management analyst at several sites across the country, including the NPS Directorate in Washington, DC. Jeff also served as Associate Director at the Eppley Institute for Parks and Public Lands at Indiana University and Associate Director for the Center for Park Management. His other professional experience includes serving as a policy fellow at the U.S. Department of Agriculture and as a program coordinator at the Supreme Court of the United States. Jeff possesses keen consulting insight and research skills strengthened by the numerous planning and analysis projects he has developed for over 100 government agencies as well as nonprofit organizations and private businesses. His experience includes developing maintenance management plans, fleet management analyses, transportation optimization studies, fee operations analyses, alternative revenue strategies, capital improvement plans, master plans, and strategic plans. He has presented at conferences such as the National Recreation and Park Association (NRPA), the Association of Partners for Public Lands (APPL), the Northeastern Recreation Research Symposium (NEER), Southeastern Recreation Research Conference (SERR), plus numerous state and regional conferences since 2001. Jeff is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Park and Recreation Professional (CPRP), and has contributed to over 250 planning documents, training modules, and research publications.
