About This Session
On February 1, 2018, 1,000 Corporate Scheduling Announcement Letters (CSALs) were mailed to federal contractor establishments around the country. With audits looming on the horizon and a change of administration and priorities, John C. Fox and Candee Chambers will address the current hot spots seen in OFCCP audits thus far, including: the “deep dredge” OFCCP audits and their curtailed volume; CSALs and the new “5 Year” rule; the revitalization, resurrection and expansion of Predetermination Notices (PDNs) and the corporate habit change needed; “false positive” discrimination findings in OFCCP failure-to-hire audits; and finally, “false positive” discrimination findings in OFCCP compensation audits. This deep dive session will provide a strategic look at the current regulatory environment and provide proactive tips and legal guidance on how to handle impending audits.
