Think candidate experience and employment brand don't go together? Think again. During this session, Kelly Marinelli from Solve HR, Inc. will help you develop an understanding of what candidate experience is and how it relates to employer branding and influences potential hires. Attendees will also learn how to analyze each step in the recruiting and hiring process, as well as target common processes and touchpoints that influence the candidate experience in a positive or negative way. Kelly will also share the cost of a candidate experience in terms of quick turnover and poor fit of new employees, longer time-to-fill, opportunity costs and the potential for reputation/brand damage. The session will round out with teaching attendees how to utilize creative technological tools to improve candidate experience and preserve legal and regulatory compliance.
