The global demand for STEAM-related careers currently exceeds the number of qualified personnel. Although parks and recreation agencies would like to provide more programs for this field, organizations typically lack funding, buy in, and participation to effectively create STEAM programming. In this session, we will highlight some of the strategies and tools needed to provide programs that grow innovative STEAM leaders.
