This session will cover customer-service-related standards, training and wow factors. The speakers will share the recreation based standards from a five-star resort perspective that can be used to elevate day-to-day operations in a parks and recreation environment from a variety of operations, including fitness centers and pools. Each attendee will have takeaways to bring back to their own operations.

Attendees will be able to understand how to elevate their programs using standards set in a resort environment.
Attendees will obtain training tips at this session that they will be able to apply into their own operations.
Attendees will take away some “A HA!” moments in our Wow factor portion of the session that they can implement in their own day to day operations including personalized service and name recognition.
