About This Session
As the parent company of over 400 globally recognized brands, it’s safe to say that Unilever’s consumer branding is top notch, but how does this brand clout play into their recruitment initiatives across North America? During this session, representatives from Unilever’s compliance and employer brand teams will share how they leveraged DirectEmployers Recruitment Marketing Solutions to highlight their purpose-driven culture, improve candidate experience, meet aggressive hiring goals and tie together their OFCCP compliance and recruitment functions. Unilever’s Katie Ambrose will kick off the conversation to discuss their college recruitment career site and how they worked with the Association’s Digital Strategy team to develop a customized experience that over-exceeded their campaign goals with a 60% conversion rate, while also decreasing their recruitment spend on social media by 20%. Unilever’s Cyndi Peterson will then share how the organization plans to utilize their campus recruitment site to approach different talent segments to optimize an unbiased hiring process and promote diversity hiring initiatives that coincide with the organization’s compliance strategy.
