Candidate experience continues to play an important role in the ability to convert a job seeker to a candidate. In 2016, Rackspace put priority on merging three separate job seeker experiences found on their ATS, internally built career site and search engine optimized (SEO) .JOBS sites into one unified experience. Whether referred by Google, a job aggregator or a link sent by a recruiter, job seekers were likely to experience three very different scenarios along the way making the candidate experience less than cohesive. By partnering DirectEmployers' Digital Strategy team with the branding power of their internal marketing team, Rackspace was able to completely rebuild their career site and merge their ATS with their SEO platforms and achieve their goals of creating an integrated career site platform.
