Use of Likeness
By attending NASN2018, you acknowledge and agree to grant NASN the right at the Event to record, film, photograph, or capture your likeness in any media now available or hereafter developed and to distribute, broadcast, use, or otherwise globally to disseminate, in perpetuity, such media without any further approval from you or any payment to you. This grant to NASN includes, but is not limited to, the right to edit such media, the right to use the media alone or together with other information, and the right to allow others to use or disseminate the media.

Event Content
You acknowledge and agree that NASN, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to change any and all aspects of NASN2018, including but not limited to, the Event name, themes, content, program, speakers, performers, hosts, moderators, venue, and time. All listed presenters are confirmed at press time.

Attendee and Participant Badge Usage
Attendee and participant badges must be worn at all times in NASN2018 areas.

Reasonable Accommodations
Requests for accessibility accommodations can be included on the Event’s registration form or in an email to NASN at NASN strives to make reasonable accommodations for all attendees submitting a request.

Non-endorsement of Products
Accredited status does not imply endorsement by NASN or the American Nurses Credentialing Center of any commercial products discussed/displayed in conjunction with the educational activity. Commercial support, including financial or in-kind, of an educational activity by a specific organization or corporation does not imply endorsement by the NASN. Furthermore, focus groups or other market research conducted by third parties does not indicate endorsement of the research or methodology by NASN.
